Don’t worry, if you need to replace your FL CCW Permit, the process is relatively easy.
There are 2 methods available for replacing your lost/stolen/damaged.
- You can go in person by appointment ONLY due to COVID to a regional FDACS office to obtain a replacement permit. It will cost $15.
- You can mail a signed request to the FDACS along with a check for $15. You can complete this easy online order form for the replacement document here
Once the FDACS receives your request it generally takes 3-4 weeks due to the high volume the department is receiving combined with the challenges of COVID.
